More Celebrating

Since our Anniversary and the hubby's birthday falls within the same week, we decided to spend a weekend at home, sans kids. We are lucky to have wonderful parents and family who are willing to take the kiddos for a few days. It is nice to go away together, but sometimes it is even nicer to stay at home together. We did a LOT of eating, spending time with friends, napping, staying up late, sleeping in late, no laundry, got a massage, let a few swear words slip (that is freeing to me because I NEVER do that when the kids are around). It was a perfect weekend that culminated in a Birthday Boy Cookout with family.
